2008 Mud Pit Rules

bANDIT MUD RACING TRACK & CLASS RULES

ANY TRUCK WITH NITROUS RUNNING IN A NON-NITROUS CLASS MUST DISCONNECT LINE @ THE SOLENOIDS.

TRACK RULES

1. Track officials have final decision.

2. ALL CLASSES MUST WEAR A HELMET AND SEAT BELT OR HARNESS

3. Vehicles w/ fiberglass bodies or open tops must have roll bar & helmet.

4. No whip antennas.

5. Must have pull point front & rear.

6. Must have & wear working seat belts.

7. No money back after first truck in that class has ran (any class)

8. Same truck can only place once in a class except for consistency.

9. Registration is first come first serve (you pick your position)

10. All trucks have 2 minutes to stage after being called.

11. No passengers except in Powder Puff

12. Wristbands must be worn in pits at all times (no wristbands no pits)

13. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES OR ALCOHOL IN PITS & NO CARELESS DRIVING IN PITS.

14. REGISTRATION CLOSES @ 9:00 P.M.

CLASS 1: 4 & 6 CYLINDER - $10 PER PASS NO NOTROUS

1. D.O.T TIRES, FACTORY FRAME, ALUMINUM INTAKE, HEADERS, AFTERMARKET CARB. & IGNITION ALLOWED.

CLASS 2: 6.50 Break Out - $10 per pass

1. Open class, run under a 6.50 D.Q.'S BOTH PASSES

CLASS 3: STREET LEGAL - $10 PER PASS NO NITROUS

1. Truck must be stock in appearance, no gutting of any kind, full interior, no racing buckets, bumpers front & rear.

2. Battery & fuel tank must be in stock location, Stock cooling & charging, no elec. water pumps, stock style distributor, NO trans brake or two speeds. Dual plane aluminum intake, 4150 CARB, IGNITION BOXES & in frame headers allowed.

3. Must have tag & registration available for that truck and current.

4. Exhaust must exit behind the driver w/ mufflers.

5. Stock style suspension, no adjustable traction bars, & no engine body conversion, no aluminum heads on big blocks, nitrous, bead locks, or race fuel.

6. MUST BE FACTORY SUSPENSION FOR THAT VEHICLE.

CLASS 4: CONSISTENCY - $25 TWO PASSES (Truck can place twice w/ different driver)

CLASS 5: POWDER PUFF - $10 PER PASS (MIN. 5 TRUCKS) NO NITROUS

1. Stock appearing, NO GUTTING, glass windshield, stock steering column.

2. Rack & pinion, bead locks, racing buckets, any intake, ratchet shifter, ignition boxes & fender well headers are allowed, NO DOMINATORS

3. Battery & fuel cell can be mounted in bed.

4. Adjustable traction bars, Engine body conversion, & race fuel okay.

5. Stock cooling & charging (electric fan ok ,must have exhaust with mufflers past the driver, D.O.T. tires, MUST HAVE 4 CORNER BRAKES.

6. NO 2 SPEED TRANNY, NO NITROUS, NO TRANS BRAKE.

CLASS 6: DAILY DRIVER - $5 PER PASS: NO PASSENGERS (Trophies only)

1. The vehicle must be drove in & drove out; it cannot be trailer, towed, or dollied. If the vehicle runs and places in any other class, it is excluded from this class that night. Must have pull point front & rear (NO BALLS). NO NITROUS

CLASS 7: 44" TALL TIRE & UP DOT TIRE- $10 PER PASS

1. MUST HAVE ALL 4 TIRES 44" OR BIGGER,

2. NON DUCE and half, NO NITROUS.

CLASS 8: Military Trucks - $10 per pass
